This session will look to strengthen the essential muscles to obtain a strong posture. A strong posture makes you look good; and when you look good, you feel good. 

This workout will sculpt your legs and kickstart the fat burning process for the rest of you body. We add a little arm work, to ease that journey home.

Disclaimer: No we didn’t forget about ABS. We believe that the abs need a bit of lovin' everyday, so we ensure you get your dose of core work every session!

IT'S SHOWTIME

Each workout is a supercharged 50 minutes class focused on different muscle groups designed to create high intensity blast

Expect to work on strength, speed, agility, endurance, and power. Believe, move, and achieve alongside other CirqueStars in the making.

Our Troupe Leaders will be your guide, and will help fitness enthusiasts of any fitness level safely navigate the wonderful world of sweat.

Our workout utilises instruments that would give you optimal results by incorporating the uses of row machine, assault bike, TRX, medicine ball, kettlebell, barbell and dumbbell.
